| Ontario FF: BGR Team Grote Signs Near |
 | As part of BGR Team Grote's driver development program Taylor Near will race in the OFFC in 2010

As a direct result of its driver development program, BGR Team Grote is pleased to announce the signing F1200 graduate Taylor Near for the upcoming Ontario Formula Ford Championship.
Near will make his Ontario Formula Ford Championship debut in 2010, driving for former champion and multiple Rookie of the Year winners BGR Team Grote. Near joins Brian Graham Racing following an strong test with the OFFC squad at the end of 2009 and an impressive rookie season of racing in the Ontario F1200 Championship. Near will be part of a multi-car outing by BGR Team Grote in the Ontario Formula Ford Championship, partnering yet to be named drivers.
"We are pleased to have Taylor join us and look forward to his growth as a driver and keeping him in the BGR Team Grote family," said Team Owner Brian Graham. "I was pleased with his test in the fall, and know there is plenty of potential. This year he will learn to work with an engineer and driver coach, as well as the strength of teammates that help each other learn quicker."

Both Near and BGR Team Grote are currently busy preparing for the 2010 Ontario Formula Ford Championship, with pre-season testing planned before the season-opening doubleheader on May 8-9 at Mosport International Raceway. |
