From Skip Barber media release:

Friday, October 14, at 10:50 a.m., 12:40 p.m. and 7 p.m., FOX News will showcase paralyzed Skip Barber Racing School driver Michael Johnson. Michael, after enduring a motorcycle crash at age 12, became paralyzed from the chest down. After intense physical therapy, Michael became involved in karting for three years before making the transition into open wheel formula cars. Michael began racing with Skip Barber Racing School in May 2010 in a hand-controlled race car specially designed and built for him by the Skip Barber Racing School technicians and Special Operations Manager Keith Dalton. Johnson finished third in the 2011 Formula Skip Barber Summer Series and hopes to race in the 2012 Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship powered by Mazda.
